We are offering a discount rate to those who attended the 2008/2009/2010 Ohio Medicaid Manual Seminar or who have purchased a copy of The 2008/2009/2010 Ohio Medicaid Manual.  This is a nontransferable offer.  The registrant's name for this event must match the name in our database as to the one who attended the 2008/2009/2010 seminars or the one to whom the book was mailed to.

DAY ONE - 2011 OHIO MEDICAID MANUAL SEMINAR – THE CORE
December 8th / NorthEast Conference Center, Westerville, OH / Program hours 8:30 – 4:30

Who should attend – an attorney who already has an understanding of Medicaid.  This is an intermediate session and not for beginners.  For all NEW registrants, the handout for this session is a copy of the 2011 Ohio Medicaid Manual.  For RETURNING registrants, you will be provided with the 2011 updates at the seminar.  These updates include all previous updates.

To quote a few of the attendees from last year:

“I have attended Medicaid Seminars all over the country, participated in giving two, and been through the full MPS course twice. This is “hands down” the best and most helpful seminar that I have ever been to. Congratulations on the excellent work product and presentation … and Thank You!”

“Excellent program. Written materials also excellent.”

“Medicaid manual is excellent, well organized. I like that all the code reference and case references are in footnotes rather than in the text, page #’s easy to follow along with Rich. Very worth the price of the seminar; great value. Best presentation I have heard on the topic. Rich is very knowledgeable, experienced, and current.”

DAY TWO - 2011 OHIO MEDICAID MANUAL SEMINAR – UPDATES / WORKSHOP
December 9th / NorthEast Conference Center, Westerville, OH / Program hours 8:30 – 4:00

Updates - important hearing and appeal decisions (1 hrs)
Case Study Workshop - practice cases (5 hrs)

Case Study Workshop - step-by-step process in managing complex Medicaid applications – learn how to apply the techniques that I use in my practice.  The handouts will include the workshop handbook (will not be sold separately).  It is recommended that you bring your OMM to this workshop.  If you are a returning attendee, you will be provided with the 2011 updates at the seminar.  These updates include all previous updates.

As one attendee stated, “I think that your method of using the case analysis was very helpful. I haven’t seen that done and it really gave me a feeling of looking inside your office/practice on the issue that you covered. I hope this was worth it to you because it was very valuable to me and I hope that you would do this on a somewhat regular basis.”

CLE APPROVED
Day One - 6.5 hours * Day Two - 6 hours

You can register through our website securely through PayPal or download and either mail or fax the registration form in to our registration center.  Electronic and fax registering are for charge card orders only.
